Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy SURESH (born 17th October, 1992) is an extremely popular Indian actress. Keerthy appears in Tamil films and Telugu films and also in a few of Malayalam. She was awarded the National Film Awards' Best Actress award for portraying Savitri the actress in the Telugu Film Mahanati (2018). Additionally, she was awarded a Filmfare Award South and three SIIMA Awards. Keerthy Kumar is the daughter of film producer G. Suresh Kumar, and actor Menaka G. Suresh. Her initial career path was a children's actress. After completing her studies in Fashion Design, she re-entered acting. In 2013, she was the lead in Geethaanjali an Malayalam film. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy has signed her first Tamil projects in the year 2015. She then started accepting projects from Malayalam. In 2015 she released A. L. Vijay's romantic comedy Idhu Enna Maayam and Vikramprabhu in opposition to each other. But, both films didn't do very well in the cinemas. To accommodate bigger projects, she had to cancel projects she'd been working on for a while. This included Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye as well as Deekay's Kavalaivendam. She then worked in Rajini Murugan's Remo in two quick films. Also, Dhanush and she played leading roles on Prabhu Solomon's Thodari. However, the film is being delayed from 2015 with reports of release after September 2020 under a different title, Janakitho Nunu.
